2.1 Information you give us directly
- Contact form submissions: first name, last name, work email, phone (optional), company name, job title, approximate annual furniture revenue, areas of interest, and any free-text message you provide.
- LinkedIn Lead Generation forms: first name, last name, work email, company name, job title, and any custom answers you provide (e.g. revenue band). Submitted via LinkedIn's native Lead Gen Forms and shared with us by LinkedIn under their terms.
- Direct communications: email, calendar invitations, and partnership correspondence.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Website usage data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages, and clickstream data — collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies.
- Analytics data: aggregated usage statistics via Google Analytics.
- Advertising performance data: aggregated and pseudonymised data collected via the LinkedIn Insight Tag (when active) to measure ad campaign performance and reach.

We share personal data only with carefully selected service providers and partners who help us operate our business. These third parties act as data processors on our behalf, except where they act as independent controllers (as noted below).

- Vercel Inc. — hosting infrastructure for repurch.com (USA, with EU/UK edge processing).
- Google LLC — Google Analytics, used to measure aggregated website usage. Google may act as an independent controller for some processing.
- LinkedIn (Microsoft Corporation) — LinkedIn Insight Tag (advertising measurement) and LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms. LinkedIn acts as a joint controller for some lead-generation processing.
- Email and communications providers — used to send and receive emails relating to your enquiry.
- Calendar / scheduling tools — used to schedule introductory calls or meetings (where you choose to use them).
5.2 Other circumstances
We may also share personal data in the following circumstances:
- Legal compliance: where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
